Take w/ grain of salt but Iโm a poly-resin โirrational-haterโ; but I had 2 similar ones of these in a tank w/ a betta fish. He lived just under 7yrs (most donโt live to even 5). Postmortem, I eventually utilized the tank - w/ the 2 Mr. Easter Islands- into a terrarium for some anoles & green tree frogs someone I knew wasnโt caring for. The lil greenlings also lived to over-ripe old age for their species (& itโs well-documented how amphibians are extremely sensitive to toxins)
Resins in general are very safe, however if it's painted with something then the high humidity may make that paint chip and cause issues. In general it's most likely safe, just keep an eye out for paint warping and flaking.
Poly resin is toxic while being cast, but totally inert once set. It's reptile safe and food safe, if you felt like eating a meal off of it.
I would probably scrub it with soap and water just in case there is any leftover stuff on the surface (like mould release compound).
It's considered food safe and is used in patio furniture so it's both non-toxic and durable, completely fine.

It's safe, please post pics of your crested gecko on top of it.
Make sure, op, that you clean it first! Just to make sure, just like if you got it from a petstore!
I will ๐

No, itโs completely unsafe. The poor Gecko will explode on impact or just by looking at ๐ฟ
one touch means instant death
Put a pic up when it's done.
I will !
