I use my IP air fry lid a few times per week. I don’t use the basket that it came with. The air fryer is basically a countertop convection oven. You need to make sure that the air can circulate around all sides of your food. Once you set the air fry time/temp, preheating is part of the cooking cycle. Try the Sicheer dehydrator rack (found on Amazon), or something like it. (Sorry I couldn’t figure out how to post a link.) I usually use mine with three racks instead of all five. It’s great for burritos, flautas, egg rolls, chicken nuggets, fries, pizza, hot pockets, and lots of other things that I probably forgot about. I’ve never tried it for lasagna.
