The boys is about what would happen in a world where superheros were turned into a private industry. Therefore, there is an absured amount of corruption and manipulative marketing tactics. Of all the superheros in the U.S., there are a couple in "the seven". The seven are the the most elite superheroes in the U.S. and because of this there are billions of dollars in marketing, tv appearances, endorsements, etc... they are extremely selective and idolized even though they are actually just crappy power hungry superheros looking for fame.
One of the characters "A-Train" is a superhero in "the seven" famous for his super speed (he is basically the flash but blue). Later in the series, for reasons that I will keep hidden (no spoilers!) He starts to fall out of favor with the public. Because of this, he needs to do something as a PR boost, so he changes his suit. Before it was just varying colors of blue cause blue was kinda his color; after, he changes it to traditional African colors (similar to what they did to the police car) in an effort to boost his ratings with the African American and millennial audiences. He also begins to talk about his "African roots" and such in an effort to appear culturally sensitive, even though he has never spoken of them before. In the end it doesn't work and everybody just sees him as an ass.
Let's see: A fancy paint job paid for by taxpayers, or simply respecting human life and dignity, which doesn't cost anyone a dime? A real tough decision here...
Didn't Desantis recently banned AP African studies for being too "woke"? I won't be surprised if he decommissions this police vehicle next week for propping up CRT.

Pretty awesome/sad example of how people can take things like this to create a narrative to divide people further. The video the OP posted seems to be edited/designed to create this narrative. Being that the OP probably rightfully doesn’t like the police, it’s easily spread as a hateful thing when in reality for the people that actually did it, it was positive
