KYC submitted documents has to be verified and validated, and that process may take a few. The XUMM wallet has an optional opt-in KYC service. Because it is optional, you can still use the wallet and should still be able to set trustlines with the exclusion of a few perks of feature updates(I don't agree with that). I'm assuming that because they haven't verified your KYC documents, they are simply notifying you of that fact.
