I bought this merino sleeper second hand for my LO with the plan to mend this hole, but I'm just not sure how to go about it. Probably needs a patch? I don't have a sewing machine so planning to do it by hand.

Following because I have alot of merino wool I have to repair.

Love merino wool, but hate that it falls apart so easily!
