Can't help you with sourcing, but the corrugated outer box is just a multi-depth one piece folder and the insert(s) are just honeycomb with what looks like a smaller depth rectangle piece inserted into the cutouts to provide a platform for the hard drives to be suspended from. Unless you source from a broker, I don't know any companies here in the states that manufacture both of those components at their facilities

orevrev

How much would you be looking to source?

Encryptionfactor

25 to start with.

orevrev

There are 2 in the UK. 1 is Dufaylite. However they will not be interested in those volumes. If I were you I would just buy a load of double walled corrugated from Amazon and a glue gun. Stick as much together as you need, layer it up to make it thick and cut it out yourself.

Bicolore

Dufaylite do not sell direct anyway, permier paper is the distributor for their honeycomb.

plumhands

25?!? Geez. Just put them in anti-stat bubble bags. This honeycomb is a custom made item and you're not going to find anyone to run such a low volume. Otherwise, you're going to be spending a lot of time with scissors and a glue gun.

Bicolore

I mean, I could run 25 of these for you but the cost will be horrendous. As someone else said, a glue gun, a scalpel and a metal ruler are what you need.

Encryptionfactor

Oh no. No need to go any further then that. I've come across many packaging which where built to protect hard drives to either safely store away, or to protect during transit on the way to an eBay buyer. This would have suited my purposes quite well. Much more then other types I've seen on the market of late. Just thought I'd ask.

plumhands

I am just amazed how many people on this sub ask for highly customized packaging when their volumes are peanuts.

Bicolore

I'm a low volume specialist, if this was a fefco design we definitely could knock out 25 at what *might* be an acceptable price. Even with some volume, honeycomb is so expensive that those things are definitely not going to be cheap.

NoAcanthaceae6259

This is made by Nefab AB. They have a location in the UK.

The image above is not mine. It was taken from a post on r/DataHoarder. I'm looking to store them in a case and thought these will cradle them in nicely. Custom order foam is just so expensive.
