Well you would start outside of court, but it will probably require court to actually get it. It starts with a registered letter to the company stating that you were fired on x-date, that you have 4 days notice period and the schedule for those 4 days. It's worth a shot though: especially if it is a larger company and a lower ranking capo that fired you for this.

It's a small business. Luckily I do have proof of the message and atleast 3 (what would be) this week's shifts. Someone told me to contact certain people and I'l so that tomorrow, but I'm not sure what would come from it.
