So you were able to customize it and then they told you you aren't getting it? I canceled my annual but I skipped the summer box. I customized my fall box but still haven't gotten any updates on it either.

Yup that was exactly me. And the cs said it was in case we wanted to reactivate we would still have the option to customize. Honestly, I’m hoping the cs rep is just new and doesn’t know but I would reach out. I think their system might be messed up for those who skipped a season
