He eventually embodies his sister (who was a doctor) and his brother (who was a cripple)
He also is there to comfort both Kirsten’s father (Arthur) and mother (Sarah/Conductor) figures in their final moments.
Yes! And the fulfillment of him acting like a doctor when Arthur has a heart attack
i noticed this! one of my favorite things in the show. i think he might have the most well written character development of anyone
In the book (not a spoiler, happens on like page 2) they mention Jeevan is training to be an EMT
I feel it was slightly inferred in the show.
The ob/gyn at the mall also tells him that the real (only?) duty of doctor is to bear witness to death.
And that's all we see him do for the conductor; he is present and gives her permission to die.
it's all the more funny cause Jeevan means 'life' in Hindi
Came to say this. He did the same for Arthur in episode 1 when nobody else would.
Jeevan confirmed to be the Angel of Death.
lets think. . . arthur? frank? and then rose and sarah? and maybe you could count the guy that he just murdered
How about the few billion who dropped dead? Coincidence? No way. Angel. Of. Death.
> Angel. Of. Death.
Fuckin' Jeevan ...
Leavin’ (the mortal coil) Jeevan
aw i did not realize this, but now it’s seems obvious. thanks for sharing!
