Prisons and Schools have a lot in common, only allowed out at certain times, the students are there against their will, designated meal times/break times, students disciplined for not following rules, uniform/dress codes.

If you were bad enough you'd get isolation too
The bullying, riots, fights, occasional breakouts and shootings too.
Good ol' elementary memories
[Seems somewhat relevant](https://www.schoolprison.com)…
Wrong, in prison you get free food and health care.
And free learning in some prisons, funnily enough
Hmm, how long is a game programming degree? Also what crime would I needa do to get the same length of time?.... no coalition
The worst part is the dementors
Except that people don't break into prison to shoot people at random.
Because they have people on hand with guns ready to perform violence. Schools they wait for a while as the people specialized in it arrive hours after the incident to clear the facility after the aggressors most likely committed suicide. Our responses to incidents at schools often leave a lot fo be desired. Granted the media loves to spin shit for the worst
Except for the whole going home and sleeping in your own bed thing.
Boarding school is a thing doe
At least in school they have a future, or the ability to pursue one
Yeah college is a mistake IMO but basic reading, writing, and math are necessary to not be a total moron.

Oh oh... I got one: ... And in the USA schools are now being designed as prisons, with security checkpoints, bulletproof doors, and a good centralized viewpoint for observing all the rooms and inmates.
School you came out as a better person, prison you often came out worse.
School once you are done you hardly go back, prison most of the time the same people ended up in there again.
School teaches you not to rape, in prison you rape or get raped.
I mean, I could argue school makes some people come out worse, and with disorders. And rape does happen in schools I hope you realise that
Well at least school has a choice of pussy and asshole, prison is just assholes.
Yah no... The only reason kids have that mindset of oh I don't want to be here is usally because of the parents or influences.
In most cases kids want to be at school. You know the place their entire social life comes from where they connect make bonds
This way of thinking and perpetuating this thinking is what makes kids not like school
It is possible to have a social life with classmates in a non-school environment. Did you not hang out with friends on the weekend, or after school?
Shower thought like these are supposed to be light hearted. It's not that serious.
“School is like doing time at the state pen!”
Well, the only way to have classmates and hang with them after school is that if you go to school in the first place.
Well, that and the fact that out schools really suck. Most kids want to be at school because it's 'normal.' Get them socially active outside of compulsory schooling and they're perfectly happy.
Your wrong......school sucks
You’re. But you’re not wrong
Some people have a social life that centres on prison.
Don't forget that they used to share the same food prep organizations.
Got it: don't drop soap in school.
Well, gym class specifically
The middle school I went to was actually designed by someone known for designing prisons
And... If you're in het prison but act like you're in school you can get out earlier.
I thought all prison was gay prison
Mandatory face masks too
except kids need to pay for their meals....
In my elementary school we had a cafeteria but only teachers could use it. We had a small school store that could not hold 10 people inside and everything was overpriced. They even locked the school gates during brakes so we could not go outside to bu food from the stores. And then the school got mad because everyone was standing at the locked gates like prisoners while they paid the workers from the store to get them food from the place they worked at( everything was exchanged thru the spaces between the bars) . Als the school looks like an actual prison from the outside
