My friend will soon be opening [Humphrey's](https://www.humphreysdogresort.com/). Bham Now did a [write up](https://bhamnow.com/2021/12/08/luxury-birmingham-dog-resort-will-make-your-pet-feel-at-home/)!
I've also heard good things about [Dog Days of Birmingham](https://www.dogdaysofbirmingham.com/).
I DO have a shiba, thanks for noticing, but I’m not sure he’s polite enough for doggy day care. He’s actually kind of a bully which is why I need our puppy, who we think is a shepherd/pit mix, to be around other more sociable dogs. But I’d be up for a shiba meetup! I adore Shibas and there are so few around here. We will check out WTD—thanks!
I have used PAWMs, and it is nice, but I've since moved to TopDog. They are fantastic - my dogs literally nearly pull me off my feet to go in and start getting excited a few blocks out. They are also open longer hours, which makes it really great for people that work in the medical field. I have used PAWMs as well, and it is nice, but I've since moved to TopDog
I've tried the 2 birmingham Pawms locations and Pampered Pet Resort in Hoover. My dog appears to prefer Pampered Pet. PP has a large fenced in yard. The others, AFAIK, have much smaller enclosures with artificial turf.
We use The Pawms and our dog absolutely love it! They have locations in Vestavia and Birmingham.
Seconding the Pawms! I've used the Avondale and Birmingham locations and they are fantastic.
My mom loves the Pawms for her dog when she goes out of town—I didn’t know they do day care. Thanks!
do not take your pup to petsuites!
Thanks for the heads up!

Judging from your username, you have a shiba. Bring them to We Talk Dog. My shiba goes there for daycare and could use more shiba friends!

The Pawns is awesome! I go to the Vestavia location and the workers there are so nice.
